About Kure Search
Kure Search was founded in 2015 by Mark Kure Hansen. As an IT headhunter, he recognised a need in the market for a data-driven approach to recruitment and the use of technical tests and cases to assess candidates at a deep, professional level.

We typically become involved when our clients realise that finding the right profiles can be difficult and time-consuming – or have given up altogether. Through years of experience and dedication, we have built up an in-depth knowledge of the IT market and an extensive, international database of qualified candidates. All Kure Search consultants have +5 years of experience within IT recruitment, and several of them have backgrounds in the IT industry.
Our approach is based on data, insights and networks
Our network consists of the best, international candidates within their respective fields, who are rarely looking for jobs. We use an open and neutral dialogue to get to know the candidates’ strengths, areas of development and future aspirations. We actively use that knowledge to approach the network with relevant job opportunities.
If the candidates are not personally interested, they often help us identify other talented candidates. We use initial meetings and interviews with the clients’ managers, employees and HR for a much more detailed insight into the company, culture, department and role compared to a traditional job advertisement.
Our use of technical tests, cases and personality profiles allows us to objectively assess candidates’ professional and personal competencies.
We are a boutique search company where you get professional and high level of expertise, a personal relationship, strong commitment and the same contact person throughout the entire process.
In addition to direct search, we provide professional consultation and support to our clients on a consultancy basis and through the Interim Talent Acquisition Partner service.

We emphasise honesty and professionalism towards our clients and candidates.
Kure Search has an ambitious goal to be as sustainable as possible. To mention an example, we achieve that goal by making our transport to and from work and to clients as CO2-friendly as possible. 80-100% of commuting to and from work at Kure Search is currently via walking/cycling or public transport. 60% of our client meetings are currently via electric bicycles, 35% via electric cars and only 5% via fossil-fuelled cars.
