We use direct search – also known as executive search – to identify and target the most suitable candidates. Most often, they are not actively looking for jobs. We work closely with the client to understand the company’s needs, culture and requirements for the requested profile and to discuss with the client whether their expectations are realistic in relation to our market insight and the client’s salary budget. We then prepare a comprehensive search strategy that includes identifying relevant target groups and companies and then contacting potential candidates directly and performing a thorough screening and interview to learn more about their skills, experience, personality and qualifications.
