Advice on attracting IT professionals
A client was facing certain challenges in receiving enough relevant applicants for their open IT positions.
The client requested an analysis to find out why, as they considered themselves an attractive workplace.
The challenge was that the workplace in many areas was attractive, but within IT, they were fairly unrecognisable. There were also some conditions within the IT department that were not adapted to a relevant target group.
The outcome was a workshop where Kure Search together with a manager from IT and HR director, reviewed the 360-attractiveness model and discussed opportunities for improvement in the short and long term. Afterwards, Kure Search summarised the results of the workshop and submitted the material to the client for further internal processing.
Kure Search’s consultancy service helps companies analyse their attractiveness for IT candidates, including identifying and building a strong reputation as an attractive employer. We help identify the company’s unique values and messages, as well as areas for improvement. We then provide strategies for communicating them to the target group to attract top-qualified candidates.
